different units of the Epidemic Commission.
They cannot
be disposed of by Jardine, Matheson and Co. Ltd. except in
accordance with instructions received from the representative
of the Epidemic Commission. I would be grateful if the
authorities at Hong Kong would be good enough to facilitate
the importation of these narcotic drugs into Hong Kong.
The Chinese Government is being informed of these arrangements.

in Geneva.
I attach herewith copies of French export permits
Nos. 156 G and 157 G., dated February 10th, 1938, and
covering the drugs to be exported by Comar and Co., Paris.
A copy of the Belgian export permit has not yet been received
but will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
